If you need help with your license, Telegram bot, AI provider setup, or extension behavior, contact us:
Before contacting support
- Make sure you received a key from the Chatwing Telegram bot first.
- Check that the License key is entered in extension settings.
- Check your selected AI provider and API key.
- If you use Ollama or LM Studio, make sure the local server is running.
What to include
- Your Telegram username or Telegram ID
- The selected provider: OpenRouter, Venice AI, Ollama, or LM Studio
- The error text, if one is shown
- A short description of what happened before the issue appeared
